Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Summer 2014

A simple, yet invigorating blend

What Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Summer 2014 lacks in complexity, it makes up for it with minimalist enjoyment.

Not in the same league as the 2009 flanker, but still a refreshingly likable scent.
Its like a grapefruit rind ripped from the flesh, the mist hits your nose, its tart, a little rough. Calone is used here to give a waterly splash, but its not over done. Vetiver is in there too, Haitian it seems. Very minimal white floral note as well. Spices, minimal. Anything else? Non-existent, and thats OK!

A safe blind buy for fresh summer scent lovers with a thing for grapefruit.
All these flankers smell so similar, you’re buying packaging as an art form more than anything else.

Played out.

6 hours longevity. 6 sprays used.
